Terms of sale

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you buy from cheekypickleball.com, which is operated by Ladus AI Development, LLC, doing business as Cheeky Pickleball, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 ("Cheeky Pickleball", "we"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Each shirt is printed to order. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed shirt, and print placement can vary slightly from shirt to shirt. All four colors are light, and this lightweight fabric can look slightly see-through.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your shipping address and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. Our shipping policy explains delivery times and what happens if your order is delayed.

Warranty and returns

Our warranty and returns policy explains replacements and refunds for misprinted, defective or damaged items. Because each shirt is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind.

Designs

Please don’t copy or reproduce the Cheeky Pickleball name, logo or shirt designs without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit doesn’t apply to claims for personal injury or to anything the law doesn’t let us limit. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This doesn’t take away protections you have under the law of the state where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
