Warranty and returns

Printed for you

Every shirt is printed to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

Limited warranty: misprints, defects and damage (30 days)

• Who and what it covers: the buyer of any Cheeky Pickleball shirt bought from cheekypickleball.com, if the shirt arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
• What we’ll do: send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send the shirt back.
• How long: tell us within 30 days of delivery.
• How to claim: Our customer email address will be listed here before orders open. Include your order number or the email address you ordered with, and a photo of the problem.
• What it doesn’t cover: sizing, color choice, or wear and damage after delivery.

This warranty is given by Ladus AI Development, LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order until it goes to print. After that we can’t cancel it, except if your order is delayed, as explained on our shipping page.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
