Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ladus AI Development, LLC ("we") collects through cheekypickleball.com and how we use it.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, and we delete them after about 14 days.

Because this site doesn’t track you, it doesn’t change anything in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and no other company collects information about you across websites through it.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s checkout page sets its own cookies, including to help prevent fraud; see Stripe’s privacy policy and cookie policy.

To make and ship your shirt, we send your name and shipping address to our print partner, Printful. See Printful’s privacy policy.

We use your email address for your order: to answer your questions and to tell you about any delay or delivery problem. Stripe uses it to send your receipt. We won’t send you marketing email unless you sign up for it, and we don’t sell or rent your information.

Our own server keeps your order number, what you ordered and its status. It does not keep your name, address or email.

How long we keep it

We keep order records in our Stripe and Printful accounts for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations. Stripe and Printful also keep information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows. Our customer email address will be listed here before orders open.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
